I take my car to Excelerate Performance in Branford, CT. I've been working with them for over a decade and outside of Larry B (mechanical) and Joe (body), there's no other shop I would trust to work on my car(s).

I just picked up a tin of this off Amazon since I was running out of my Zaino leather conditioner, will report back with my results.

I've read and seen pics of them fitting well in the NSX, but it seems to be very difficult to find them in good condition. There are several pairs of DC5 Type-R seats on eBay, but they all look suspect. Any idea if the EP3 Type-R seats fit?

If you just installed your KWs, I would wait a week or two before doing an alignment anyway so the suspension has time time settle. For reference, my KW V3s were lower by an extra 1/4" after a week.
