I asked Hugo to approved the content of my opening post @ 200 and he did. Looks like the NY group may get little a discount for completely
removing the door panels, I'll check on that.
All: Hugo will be in Long Island installing his famous fix for windows on Saturday July 11. That group is full [possibly one spot left] and he has agreed to come to my place the next day, July 12th, if I can form a group of perhaps 5 total. I live in Harrington Park, which is about 3 miles from...
If there's room, I'll join in for a window fix.
If a second date/place is needed, my place is open, I'm in North Jersey between GW and Tappan Zee bridge

Brushed down and cleaned battery terminals
Checked torque on rear top hats
Checked Rotors and pad life
Applied Shin-etsu* silicone to all seals...

Corrosion on inside of battery terminal clamps will allow enough juice by to run lights / horn and accessories but will not allow enough by to engage starter.

Raj: My theory is I can wash the car with waterless in the garage when it is below freezing - saves turning the outdoor water on - Saves product-- I think it may be good for wheel wells, suspension and all over. Campbell has it for 19 bucks. I do have a fairly big compressor, though. I did my...
I have experimented every way I could think of to make cleaning rims easier - especially to clean off caustic brake dust [some non-oem pads] after every drive. I have tried paint spray guns, sealants, gas pressure washers etc; but I think I have a winner here. It is light weight - just the...
