Amazing build with great taste. I actually test drive this car back in 2014 before it left California. Always feels like one of the cars that got away from me.
Haha I don’t think so.
Their re-start feature looks to be very useful. Electronics stop discharge and leave enough juice for 5 starts. Means you never deep discharge and always have a battery ready to start
I’m going to try out the antigravity batteries. Lithium battery but with electronics to manage the battery for automotive use. Also comes in common sizes like 35 and 51R so you don’t need a special mount.

My dampener I'm pretty sure is from 1991 so I need to have it replaced a maintenance item.
I'm considering the ATI dampener vs OEM Dampener plus CRF shield.
The ATI dampener theoretically has some performance benefits and is serviceable.
Replacing the OEM dampener every 9 years doesn't seem so...
Looking for something that will work at Expo and any other event I may attend. Would like it to be affordable, easy to use, durable, widely compatible and portable enough to use during snowboarding.
I know what the club code/frequency is but my understanding of walkie talkies is so limited I...
I the base kit on the S2k doesn't come with spherical bearings, aluminum top hats. That closes gap quite a bit. The remainder is because the NSX kit is lower volume so I imagine needs higher profit margins.
Sadly just super busy with work and life in general.
Regarding the SBG AP racing kit, I was excited when I saw that. The AP Racing Radi-Cal calipers look very nice. However I have a lot of hesitation about the kit.
1. No rear kit.
2. No parking brake.
3. Not much wheel fitment data; the...
I can see what you mean, Sakebomb is definitely a young name. I would call it a specialist vendor that supports specific cars that also choses and tunes products well.
1. I didn't ask but I always assumed it's because of the age of the car. I also get the impression Ohlins products are more motorsport focused and they are just now moving more into the enthusiast market.
2. Don't know the details. I know they went back and forth on the NSX chassis data and...
My background. My NSX is a 1991 with 34k miles on original OEM suspension. I have 3-4 days worth of track experience and a basic understanding of suspension theory and very little suspension tuning experience. I am posting this review to share my experience and build on the information...
I know this sounds obvious the box needs to be paired to the ITB setup? I'm most likely going with the SOS setup simply because it appears to be the most developed and US supported. The Kakimoto/KSP boxes probably don't work with the SOS setup then?
Honcho thanks for the breakdown. The SOS box I didn’t know had port on the side. The picture on the site shows a filter on the cover which I assumed was where air came on.
It looks like the SOS box is the only one I can buy? The Kakimoto box is beautiful but as far as I can tell a one off...
Gorgeous cars. You’ve got great taste in mods.
GT4/GT3 proves the Type R formula they started is still hugely desirable. Just wish Honda had something in 2018 for its fans.
