So after rebuilding my 92 AC system, i assumed one of r12-134 kits would have the fittings i need (i'm staying with R-12). But alas i cannot find a fitting for this super small HP port. Per the manual Snap-on and Kent-Moore made an adapter, but i cannot find one. Surprisingly i also cannot find any adapter fitting on the net (!). Short of sneaking into an old repair and grabbing one rattling around in the bottom of their tool box, I'm stuck. A few folks told that when they run into this they solder in a new larger port which is just something i'd like to avoid. Now considering replacing the whole line with a late model 134 line which a assume will work. Any folks have that adapter they want to sell?. My manifold hose set fits the LP, but not the HP. Thanks!

EDIT: Information degrades very quickly, ask any comp sci major. I have these tools, but nothing is labeled, so remote help not useful.

Yeah, I think you might have to buy a whole bunch of adapters on AliExpress, not just one. Not sure, it says it in the description, but dunno on the photo. Fortunately, AliExpress isn't the entire Internet.

There isn't much on the J-25499, but there is a little on the ACT135 (aka SUN ACT135). Another Honda Manual states the body side adapter is 3/8" and the tool adapts to 7/16". Also equivalent tool SUN-ACT134.

3/8"FF x 7/16"FF
3/8-24F x 7/16-20M

Honda Service Bulletin 99-018 "Required Special Tools and Equipment", Dated December 17, 2002 (which supersedes the same bulletin number dated May 8, 2001) mentions these part numbers. It has quite the list of HOnda special tool numbers and basic descriptions, this should be added to the NSX Library.

HOWEVER
Found Snap-On Catalog 700 Page E45, Issued 2003.

I'll check my sample NSX for a 1/16" difference

The NSX KB states the body side adapter is 1/4" and the adapter is required for a 3/16". or in other words

1/4MF x 3/16FF
1/4" MFL x 3/16" FFL

Four Seasons 1/4MF x 3/16FF R12 Service Adapter - 59606 or 59612

Also RobinAir.com 10470A or 10468A (same as ROB10470A ROB10468A). Possibly 10296.

You can just run "1/4MF x 3/16FF" through eBay and find one for less than $10.

FYI: Please post specific numbers, such as the tool numbers, so they can be searched upon...makes it much easier to correlate past information.

The two OE manual specified tools(kent-moore J25499) and (Snap-On ACT 135) are dead ends as these folks were zero help and do not come up on a search, but having the Four Seasons part# 59606 came right up and amazon got it to my door, so i'm good to go thank you Drew. FWIW i will report on my hopefully successful procedure. Thanks!

I am not confident about anything right now.

The service bulletin stated that ACT134 and ACT135 were equivalent.

Archive.org has Snap On catalog 700 scanned in and it has ACT134, which states the adapter is 3/8 to 7/16.

No mention of ACT135. There are vintage ~1990 Snap On catalogs for sale on eBay, but out of scope to me.
