You can't buy them. Years ago, there was a Japan-based company that sold overlay stickers that you could carefully place on the needles, but I can't remember who it was and I doubt they're in business anymore.

I saw a couple sets on ebay, all 4 and just 2.

I think those are all for small gauges not speedo or tack
