I have a fan control issue on my 1999 NSX with 25K original miles, My AC and heater fan control, fan won't work in auto mode or variable speed will only blow full speed manual mode,

Hi R factor,

That's almost guaranteed to be CCU module damage caused by capacitor leakage:
