Ah, yes, I can totally understand not wanting to cut off working tabs! I've been learning Fusion recently for making some functional parts around the house, so I may take a crack at it if I can't cobble together the broken pieces of the #1 tab I have, and I'll definitely share it here if I do.

That's awesome, thank you! I just took my door panels off for Bose repair and each panel only had one broken tab - #6 on one side and #1 on the other. I printed off a #6 on my Bambu X1 and it's perfect. Did you ever end up modeling a #1 and #7?

I also had another set of patches made and attached to the new OEM mats that I had bought, in case I decide I want to switch to them. But the old mats look close enough to new now that I'm happy with them.

I ended up talking to a different local embroidery shop (hats, shirts, etc) who was able to make a set of patches for me, then I took it all back to the interior shop who had suggested the idea and they sewed the patches onto the old mats. They also tried dying the driver's side mat to get rid...

It's hard to say. I think some very light pits are gone, but I drove the car near sunset tonight and I can definitely still see pits. There were about five tiny chips that were visible in most any lighting condition and I focused mainly on trying to get rid of those. I wasn't able to get...

My windshield had some wiper marks and small pits so, after seeing this video: ...I decided to give some of this cerium oxide and a rayon pad a try for a rainy day project. It is really slow going, and it's messy, but it does work! And I can actually see a difference all along the tape...

So fortunately, in the car, the new mats don't mismatch as much as I thought they would. Especially since the carpet isn't quite the same shade as the plastic anyway, and neither of those are the same shade as the leather, etc.

And switching the 5-speed to JDM gears will give the same gear ratios as the 6-speed from 0-100mph while costing much less.

Ah, interesting! I graphed that and yes, if you wait to shift until 8300 RPM and if VTEC doesn't go back to the low cam until 5200 RPM, then the JDM gears do keep you in VTEC while the USDM do not:
