"Clarion Builds" car pics from CES

I am sure we will seen plenty more pics of this car as they continue to tour it around for publicity, but for now, here are a few pics of the Clarion Builds NSX that a friend who's at CES sent me...

Reportedly it sounds flipping excellent.

All I personally think it needs is an exhaust, and a stealth cover to keep someone from kicking the sub. But it's a show car, I get it.

haha funny how we noticed the "shrinkage"

This build was as basic as they come. No wonder the thread was not updated much. I was hoping for a clarion unit built to spec for the nsx. This was just a build which almost every novice nsx owner like me has already performed. I do like how they didn't thrash the car, but jeez, I have seen this nsx over and over and over.
The seats look killer. The console looks amature at best. For a car audio company I expected a whole lot more.

Also, in case anyone has not noticed... The rear valence has huge gaps in it. I dealt with the while installing my 02 valence. Except I removed the bumper 3 times to get it perfect. Sorry to be a Debbie downer but it's very basic.

It'd be nice Clarion brought this to the NAIAS in Detroit.

That exhaust LOL!

and I was expecting the interior audio/dash to be a little fancier/creative. Overall the car just looks like a restored/slightly modernized from what they started with. I must assume that that was the direction they were going with though.

Yeah, they do look like matchsticks dipped in chrome.

I also have a tough time believing this car has 400 claimed hp with that tiny exhaust.

With the car touring the country be sure to check out the steering wheel we supplied for this build! It's our "sport" thicker grip model. We will be swapping it for one with color matching stripe and stitching which wasn't done in time for CES.

Love this photo!
