I sat in it. Not too hard to get in and out of. Not a fan ,but it would be nice if they actually turn this into a production model. How cool is it to have a turbo diesel sports car.
The V12 in the Q7 738 ft/lbs. of tourqe, and somewhere around 500 HP
" The real achievement of the new engine, however, is its mammoth torque, which swells to a peak of 738 lb-ft between 1750 and 3000 rpm, restricted only by the inability of the Q7’s ZF-engineered six-speed automatic gearbox to handle any more, says Audi."
Still awsome power!
world’s most powerful production car diesel
can't wait to see what the release of this car will do to the value/pricing of GEN 1 R8 owners....
some are criticizing that the current motor is a better suited and balanced engine for the actual car than the v12? is this true? that its like taking a well balance/tuned car, and dumping in a HUGE engine isn't always "GOOD"
Definitely not as rev happy as our NSX (looks like Redline is less than 5000 rpm), but with proper gearing it won't need to be with over 700 ft-lbs of torque!
