Decided to make an Intake Manifold

I am locating the TB above the alternator. The turbo will be above the gearbox with the outlet pointing towards the top of the front rocker cover. Water/Air intercooler will be above the rocker cover, with a 180 deg bend into the TB.

Looks great :) Woo I'm interested in one ;)
But why it points to the alternator side? or you can just turn it around and it will be OK ... Does the engine cover still close fine? it just looks little high.

I positioned the TB over the alternator to suit the turbo installation I am planning. I'll try to take some more pics to make the setup clearer.

The engine cover won't fit with this style, but it would easily fit with the TB in the stock location. I'm thinking of tinting the rear hatch dark, so the turbo setup can bee seen if you look for it, but isn't too outrageous.
 
it would be nice to have something like that made for an NA nsx that connects right to a scoop on the top, kinda like the JGTC nsx:smile:

I have decided to change the shape of the plenum when I get some time. I want it a little more rounded like the production manifolds we make.

It is easy to reproduce the billet section (head flanges, runners and plenum base) then pretty much any plenum / tb position could be made to suit particular applications.

Shouldn't be too long untill I get it up and running then we can see the results.....

If I remember correctly, you are planning on having the T body on the other side of the plenum? Because if you make a version with the T body on the stock side, I think you may have a market..
