I was looking for a horn set up that's louder and sounded better than the stock "meep meep". Initially I was considering some Hella Supertones in the stock locations but after listening to various sound clips I decided that I liked the sound of air horns more. Problem, was there wasn't a good location for them that looked stock and could easily be reversible. After a lot of research I settled on the Stebel Nautilus 11690019 Compact horn:

I wanted the install to be fully reversible and not look too out of place in under the hood. I went with the Stebel Compact because of its size and the fact that it's a single unit which allows a cleaner looking installation. After looking around under the hood and test fitting in various spots I decided that next to the cruise control unit was the perfect location. Using a corner bracket cut to size and a metal hose clip I was able to create a pretty secure mount for the Stebel unit.
I mounted it to the cruise control unit with a single bolt in the stock mounting location.
Make sure the top of the unit can clear the hood when closed. I had plenty of room so this really shouldn't be an issue.
The round top of the compressor unit looks very much at home next to the brake fluid reservoirs.
Unless you're familiar with what the NSX looked like under the hood, you probably wouldn't know it wasn't stock.
As for wiring, I used the connector linked above so that I could tap into the stock horn connector. I'm currently using 16 AWG despite 12 AWG being recommended. I have it connected to the alarm horn (which also activates when you press the horn button). I'm currently not using a relay as recommend per the instructions. If I blow a fuse or something I'll install the relay using 12 AWG as recommended for dedicated power and ground, but for now it seems to be working fine.
