Purchased the car in 2010 in California and all previous owners have cared for it well. All receipts are available for prior maintenance. Car has been stock until JRZs were installed at 80k. Engine was completely stock until I added exhaust in 2010.

Flaws:
Prior to a minor parking lot accident, the car has had all original paint on aluminum panels. Another driver backed into my front bumper and hood in a parking lot resulting in both items being replaced and panels in proximity painted.
Light wear on bolsters
Typical NSX issues:
AC unit works, the air / temp controls are wonky. Air only works at full blast, and at 60 degrees. Heat works when set to 90 degrees.
Driver window rolls up slowly
No other known flaws
