new 2004 shift knob

Does anyone have a picture of the new shift knob for 2004? I assume that the shift boot comes all the way up to the bottom of the knob, and that it is a new shift boot for 2004 also. I have seen the picture on this site from the car show, but the boot does not come all the way to the bottom of the knob, which suggests it was damaged in some way. Also, if anyone has converted, I was wondering what the price was for the knob and the boot. Thanks, Charlie
