Pioneer headunits have the ability to display gauges on their screen using the OBDII port, GPS and accelerometer data.

You could do something like that with GuageArt. Providing you have an aftermarket EMS

DashCommand can do soemthign similar on an Android or iOS tablet with a Bluetooth OBDII dongle.

Retrofitting it into the cluster area would be the difficult part.
