Recently had to have dealer source starter part from Acura Japan. Very expensive. Now have to source interior door handle. Any idea where I can acquire for reasonable price?

Are you referring to stock NSX parts, or Japan-only parts? For normal stock NSX parts, Tim at Acura of Peoria is the go-to guy with great prices:
