Really like the bengal on the car seat.

But am sad that someone stole my next Christmas card idea.

Here's Whitey the orange cat. Never liked cats growing up very much but now think they're pretty great. I knew before I got one that regardless of color, I was going to name him after an uncle who had blonde hair and that I was always told was a rough and tumble 1950's cigarettes-tucked-in-the-tshirt-sleeve car racing James Dean kind of a guy. It just occurred to me that 14 years ago I named him the same color as my NSX. Kinda cool.

gleibig, truly very sorry to hear.

I resisted posting this since it's a big cat not a house cat but it's too good not to share. My daughter is a zookeeper at the Sacramento, CA zoo and they have a website with various videos. Here's one of my favorites:

We had a 15 year old Birman but we had to put her down last year :( It was my wife's cat when I met her. I didn't like cats - never had them as a kid and was allergic, but I fell in love with her. Her name was Tasha.

Here are some pictures. When we got my dog Gizmo he loved her and she hated him. Like most Birmans, she was pretty stuck up and refused to play with him, ha. Eventually they got close enough to sleep next to each other but that is where it ended.

I love cats (and German Shepherds) but your Gizmo is really cute! What kind of dog is he?

Kyras - I liked the little Bengal dude you're picking up soon over in this thread. ACCD's picture above of his Bengal sitting on his car seat was what made me decide what type I was going to get someday soon as an exercise buddy for my 14 year old orange dude. I swear you mentioned seeking out a certain personality somewhere in a thread (or maybe I'm imagining that??) - what are you searching out, and do you have any advice for searching out a certain personality? I heard that a kitten's personality is pretty set at 6-8 weeks and also that age is about the best time to be around it, for it to bond with you. I got my little orange dude at around 8 weeks and from first moment I picked him out, he was jumping all over me and interacting like my dog used to. The only thing I have to go on now is pick a pet that seems to dig you from the get-go.

Anyway, congrats and I'm glad NSXPrime helped me find my dream car as well as possibly my next little dude. ACCD's post above started it all, then seeing yours and then rwdforlife's post here of his Bengals.
