Hi folks, I recently had Sky Design to build me an exhaust that will achieve the high pitch sound. This link will bring you back some memories of Sky Design. http://momohitsthespot.com/2010/10/21/super-gt-nsx-streets-of-hk-video/
The exhaust is still a prototype, there are still small issue that we have to fix in order for perfection. Here are a short video we took today hope you enjoy.

That sounds amazing. Like to hear more from behind the car. How loud is it at idle? How bad does it drone? Are you going to create anything besides a center exit?

We will have more videos later on in car and idle as well, I cant say it has zero drone but maybe a little, we do have other exhaust beside center exit, but in order to achieve this high pitch center exit will be the easiest, we are testing out single side exit as well.

Sounds great for a dedicated track car. My neighbors already don't like my RM Racing exhaust/header noise. They'd run me out of town making that much noise.

My nieghbors love my RM. They ask me to rev it every time I pull out!

yeah but you have the people that just put the baby to sleep
and this Beast screams by,, now another 2 hours to put the baby back to sleep.

I dont get the Loud mufflers its terrible for a Daily drivers I hated my Pride V1 had it for a week then off it went and put on the side of the house for a year till some one purchased it.

I like stealth. black car, black tint, silent running.

ever try and cross a bridge in pitch black with lights off and wearing Night vision goggles? need to try it its baddddd assssss not that I have or anything

My "guy" neighbors like mine too, but there's a point where the noise becomes irritating, and the OP's exhaust, IMO, reaches that point. But my neighbors deisel pick-up on a cold morning is irritatingly loud at 6am too.

that sound can be had with any pretzel exhaust with a muffler bypass, but without all the noise. if you were really hardcore, this exhaust is of course lighter, but the noise has to be unbearable and a ticket waiting to happen.

Hi guys,

I have had a center exit exhaust on my car for a few years now (nothing like this one though) and I love it. My only problem is the lack of options with the rear lower valance.
What have you guys done on yours and post some pics if possible.

Thanks,
Gene Greer

Laguna Seca Raceway and a few other tracks will ban this car at idle hehe

The NSX inherently doesn't have a very pleasing tone uncorked just like many other cars. Mac Attack and I have many spectrum analysis graphs to prove it. The NSX V6 needs a lot of filtering and harmonic trickory to make it sound anywhere close to what many consider pleasing like an Italian exotic. The pretzel exhausts attempt to do this with extra piping (trombone style) at the expense of weight and flow restriction.

Sound is subjective so if the OP likes it more power to him. I'm just glad you don't live anywhere near me! :)

Like the sound but a center exit exhaust??? Reminds me of the 1968 Baja Bug I had back in High School! It had a really cool "stinger" exhaust that pointed up towards the sky. Sounded awesome! What was even cooler is when passerbys would drop rocks in the exhaust. They would shoot out like bullets when I started the engine. What memories!

Ur just a hater shawn haha. Pride is the best. U should have heard it with the test pipes ;)

yeah that is as close to f1 sound as i have heard.

I think that the autowave 1000whp car sounds very similar if not the same as the 80's turbo formula one cars such as the McLaren MP4-4 driven by Alain Prost and Ayrton Senna.
They are both turbo v6 motors. The honda RA-168E is an 80 degree 1.5 litre v6 which in qualifying pushed 1300 HP.
