I am thinking about putting a set of 18/19" chrome 5-spoke wheels on my 2005 NSX.

What does everyone think about chrome with red?

what kind of 5 spoke .

alot of guys on here wont like chrome, but i do if the style suits

Ha,

Honestly. Chrome is "OK" in exotic cars, but is really HARD to find wheels that are Chrome and look good on the NSX, of course, is just my opinion.

All depends, for me, NOTHING beats this:

But, as much as i HATE chrome wheels, this guy has done it right:

So, let's say, that, if done RIGHT. it might work, after all, this is the USA and people here have some obsession with "chrome"

Oscar

PS: The Chrome heave is:

HRE Performance Wheels / Forged Aluminum 847R in Chrome 18x8 (Front)
HRE Performance Wheels / Forged Aluminum 847R in Chrome 19x10 (Rear)

The one above looks good, but for the most part I feel chrome wheels belong on muscle cars.

lol............everyone keeps using that pic which is actually a photshopped Imola but I guess its OK because it is red now......

I also don't like the chrome look with the NSX. Just like the pic above I think black is the best look......

From my experience of owning both colored wheels (as pictured in my post above) I've found that those in the NSX and other "Tuner" communities generally don't like chrome wheels on cars.

The other 99% of the population seem to actually prefer it. I definitely get more props from random people on the street (and at even at car meets) when I rock my chrome wheels on the NSX than I do when I have the black ones on.

Just my own observation though..

I'll agree with ya on this one, the general public likes the shiny wheels.
