hi guys,

i just wanted to share a nsx that we finished awhile back. the customer brought us his nsx pretty much in stock condition. there are lots of pictures documenting the build but ill post the images i have for now. check it out as we completely tore the car down and rebuilt it back up.

Good subtle use of the CF products ... door mirrors would complete the details IMO

amazing transformation.

according to the nsxprime wiki, there are a total of:

3 1998 NA2 Coupes in Kaiser Silver/Black
2 1999 NA2 Coupes in Kaiser Silver/Black
3 2000 NA2 Coupes in Sebring Silver/Black

you can eliminate one of the 99's because it is posted for sale here:

i wonder if this is the ultimate NSX-R replica, with the exception, of course, to Anil's 3.8L 2002 T turned coupe.

If it is a NA2 coupe, it is likely the closest example to a real NA2 NSX-R in the United States. Amazing!

thanks! i initially posted this in the nsx gallery and video section but i guess it was moved over here. maybe someone can move this to the build section? btw, the seats are the downforce df-r seats, the customer had the recaro logo stitched in.

yes, the seats are a bit saggy. those were the first seats we made and the customer didnt want to wait for us to make the covers so he opted to go a different route and outsourced his own materials/upholsteror.

My personal car is taillights, front bumper/lights/hood, and seats away from being the same!

My Downforce 02+ side skirts fit perfectly the first time, are sturdy strong with a great design (reinforced with carbon fiber) that is smooth as OEM and will not warp like poor quality plastic side skirts.

The carbon side inlets are MUCH lighter than the heavy stock side intakes. You can loose a lot of weight from this part alone. Same goes with the wing. The Downforce NSX-R replica wing is also a lot lighter than the stock aluminum wing, and looks great!
