Bevery Hills Rent-A-Car in CA

[BZA] In August '96 we rented a '95 Red/Tan NSX-T, 5-speed at Beverly Hills Rent-a-car. The cost for 1 day was something like $400-$450 and you got 50 free miles. Of course, additional miles were extra. We flew into LAX and they picked us up at the airport and drove us to their place of business which is *not* in Beverly Hills. It's just a few miles from LAX. We reserved the car ahead of time. CAVEAT EMPTOR: The first thing they wanted to know when we got there was how many thousands of dollars they could charge on our credit card.

[GGM - 2000/5/4] I rented in LA from Beverly Hills Auto Rentals. Normally $400 per day + $0.50 per mile! I was able to negotiate a deal for $350 per day plus mileage.

Exoticar in southern FL

[LE] I just stopped by Exoticar Rental right by the Miami Int'l airport today. Here's what I remember seeing on the lot. I didn't ask what was currently rented out, but there were not too many open spots so probably not all that much. Keep in mind that they have several locations, so there may have been a better selection at one of their other lots.

Sports cars: A Diablo VT that was heavily keyed on the drivers door and rear deck, a couple 911s (no turbos) and a Boxster, two Viper RT/10s (no GTS), a beautiful <*cough*> purple and yellow special edition C5 Vette, a purple Prowler that seemed to have some questionable scrapes on the front nose and parts of the exposed suspension, and a yellow Ferrari 355 spider.

Other: Several Mercedes (no AMG tuned ones), a couple BMWs (no M series), a Hummer, and a few inexpensive cars like a new Beetle, and some stretch limos.

The only thing I would have rented (if I'd had time) was the F355 which looked to be in good condition.

Supposedly they do have an NSX. So I would strongly suggest calling ahead (1-888-541-1789 or (305) 541-1789) and making a reservation so you get what you want. They'll also pick you up and drop you off at the airport.
