What Are "Precision" Acura Dealers?

[DO] Each year in the US, some 20 to 30 of the dealers that consistently achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction across the country are awarded the distinction of being recognized by Acura as the "Precision Team" dealers. If you're looking for great service, that would be a good place to start.

Precision Team members are determined by Acura owners and must exceed high Acura standards for performance in both of the following areas:

Sales Satisfaction

Service/Parts Satisfaction

Repaired Right the First Time

It should be noted that just because a dealer has the word "Precision" in their name doesn't necessarily mean that they're part of the real "Precision Team" of Acura dealers.

In Canada these dealers are called ACE dealers ("Acura Client Excellence") and are the top ten dealers in Canada (4 high volume, 3 medium volume and 3 low volume dealers).
